Otherwise you have to buy a phone and a SIM-card. In order to buy a SIM-card you will need a registration and a copy of your passport. Charging money can occur through an ATM if you have a plastic card or you can buy a payment card or pay through a payment machine or go to any place where your phone company takes payments and pay cash. International phone calls from your mobile are very expensive. The cheapest way to make international phone-calls is by using SKYPE (http://www.skype.com) or to buy an IP-phone card in kiosks.
